Q: How soon should we reach out?

A: We recommend booking 12-16 months prior to your wedding day.

Q: What areas do you service?

A: Events by AFG is located in the Greater Philadelphia Area, but we are up for anything!

Q: Who will we be working with?

A: You'll work directly with Alison on all of the prep of your big day, and she will be there during the wedding day. We can bring along a helpful assistant depending on the size and complexity of the event.

Q: Do you work with any other vendors?

A: Yes! We have a preferred vendor list that we share with all of our couples upon booking – if you're still building your vendor team, we can help!

Q: Do you offer additional planning services?

A: Let's chat! During our initial consultation, we'll talk through all of your needs so that we can create the perfect package for you.

Q: Do you plan other kinds of events?

A: We do love planning weddings but have worked on mitzvahs, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, showers, you name it!

Q: Will I lose control of my wedding if I hire a Wedding Planner?

A: As you know the wedding is about you, not us, so absolutely not. We hope to bring your ideas to life and make your dream come true so you can enjoy and relax on your special day marrying the love of your life surrounded by family and friends.

Q: Do you work with LGBTQ+ couples?

A: We think it’s ridiculous that we even need to say this but yes, love is love, and we work with all couples from all walks of life!
